Spiritual direction is the sacred art of learning to listen to the Spirit's promptings and align your life with God's presence. It's inviting a contemplative companion to walk with you toward deeper healing, wholeness, and attunement with your authentic self.
It's walking with someone who has devoted themselves to spiritual maturity, has lived experience, been trained in the art of sacred listening, and has a track record of helping (not harming) fellow seekers navigate their inner landscape.
As a trained listener, I’m here to simply guide on the journey and press into what is presenting itself in the moment.
The real director is God, leading you toward deeper faith and more generous love. My role is to help create space where you can notice how the Divine is already moving in your life, ask questions that support your attention, and walk with you as you respond to what you're discovering.
This isn't just advice-giving or trying to ‘fix’ you. It's creating space for you to discover what's already alive within you.
Together, we explore your life, relationship with the Divine, and cultivate practices that support your unfolding, and help you recognize the movement of Love in your everyday life.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season, wrestling with spiritual questions, or simply feeling called to go deeper, spiritual direction offers focused attention on your unique journey and helps unlock places where you’ve felt stuck or need a fresh perspective.

How it works:
We'll decide on a good rhythm that works for you: meeting weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (in-person, video, or phone call).
There's no preset curriculum or "finish line." Our sessions are shaped by what you're actually experiencing and the questions you're carrying. We stay in touch between sessions as needed, and together we explore practices that help you live into the wholeness you're discovering. No judgment, no pressure, no agenda beyond your flourishing and your deepening relationship with / in God.
When it feels right, we'll both know this season has done its work and it's time to close this chapter and move forward.
What is the cost?
Current is a non-profit church sustained entirely by the generosity of our community. We are not backed by any denomination or larger organization. Providing spiritual direction requires significant time, energy, and resources, and we want to serve as many people as possible while honoring the sustainability of this work.

Scholarship opportunities: We recognize cost can be a barrier, and we don't want anyone turned away solely for financial reasons. A limited number of scholarship spots are available, funded by the generosity of our regular givers. If you're interested in applying, please fill out this form.
